Runs are small and every unit is spoken for. Please read the measurements and the specification table on the product page before you order.
All sales are final except where a return, replacement, cancellation, or refund is required by applicable law, or where TSNK made a material fulfilment error.
Final sale
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, personal preference, or ordinary fit concerns. Review product descriptions, measurements, materials, colour information, and size guidance before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If an item arrives materially damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@thyshallnotkill.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until we respond.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. When applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, TSNK will provide it.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders may enter fulfilment quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted. Contact us immediately and we will review the request, but approval is not guaranteed.
Sizing
Garment measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Every product page carries a flat-measurement size guide. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a listed measurement.
Refunds we authorise
Any authorised refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
