DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an item arrives materially damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@thyshallnotkill.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Keep the product and packaging until we respond.
NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. When applicable law requires a refund, replacement, cancellation right, or other remedy, TSNK will provide it.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders may enter fulfillment quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is submitted. Contact us immediately and we will review the request, but approval is not guaranteed.
SIZING
Garment measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances. Review product pages carefully before purchasing. Contact us before ordering when you need clarification about a listed measurement.
REFUNDS WE AUTHORIZE
Any authorized refund will be issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
