TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service govern your access to ThyShallNotKill.com and purchases from ThyShallNotKill, also referred to as “TSNK,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our posted Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and All Sales Final Policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND USE
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its operation, security, or content.
2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We try to present products, colors, measurements, weights, materials, and images accurately. Screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, garment washing, and production variations can cause differences. Measurements and weights are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. PRICES AND CURRENCY
Prices may change without notice. The currency selector on the custom storefront is for display convenience unless the checkout expressly confirms that currency. The checkout total, including applicable taxes, shipping, discounts, and permitted charges, controls your purchase. We do not intend to charge hidden mandatory fees.
4. ORDERS
An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order and does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, resale abuse, payment failure, legal restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.
5. PAYMENT
Payments are processed by the checkout and payment providers identified during purchase. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.
6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND RISK
Shipping estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Our Shipping Policy is incorporated into these Terms. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
7. ALL SALES FINAL
Except where required by applicable law or where TSNK made a material fulfillment error, all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Our All Sales Final Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site and its logos, names, artwork, graphics, photographs, product designs, text, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to TSNK and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to access the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit site content without written permission.
9. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
- Using the site for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, or infringement.
- Introducing malware, automated scraping, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass security.
- Impersonating another person or providing false purchase information.
- Using TSNK names, marks, or content in a misleading or unauthorized manner.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The site may connect to third-party checkout, payment, shipping, social, or analytics services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, and their separate terms and policies may apply.
11. DISCLAIMERS

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSNK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TSNK from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these Terms. This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory consumer laws of your place of residence apply. Courts with jurisdiction in California may hear disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
15. SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
16. CHANGES
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last Updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
